7 Tips To Get Your Mind Right

During my journey to bettering my health and before going vegan, getting my mind right was the first step I took to optimize my health. I was given a message from my higher self to get my mind right, body right, if not, I was going to become another statistic like most taínos and myelinated  people who love highly processed, greasy foods. In other words, foods with no life and are low vibrational.
I had to learn years ago the practice of getting my mind right. That led me on an enlightening path which eventually helped me get my body and money right.


These 7 tips helped me get my mind right and can be implemented easily by anyone. 

7 Mind Right Tips

1.) Fasting
Fasting is so important and a crucial element to living a healthy life. Fasting helps:

  • Eliminate waste from the body
  • Detox and cleanse our cells at a cellular level
  • Slows down aging and prolongs longevity.
  • Improves our digestion
  • Increases stamina and energy
  • Helps with weight loss
  • Clears the mind significantly and increases focus

… and much more!

Fasting is one of the quickest forms of assisting your body heal and reverse diseases faster and can help alleviate pain, aches, and inflammation in the body. Fasting has been a great part of getting my mind right. I fast every day for more than 12 hours and it really does wonders.
If you're new to fasting, try intermittent fasting. Do 12 hours of not eating and drinking anything. It may be hard in the beginning and may take some time to get used to, but once you do it for a while, your body eventually gets used to it and you'll find, you won't wake up feeling hungry.

2.) Eat Clean
Eating a clean lifestyle is everything. What you eat plays a major role in your health and performance. If you eat junk foods, you won't think clearly. The cleaner you eat, the clearer your thoughts.
Fruits and vegetables and moderate amounts of nuts and seeds, soaked and sprouted, does great for a clear, mind right.

3.) Stay Hydrated
Staying hydrated helps you think clearly. Enough fluids in the body help flush out toxins and waste matter from the body; thus, helps you think clearly.

4.) Exercise

When you exercise, you release endorphins, a "feel-good", natural peptide chemical that gets released by the body when you do certain activities like exercise. Endorphins help you feel focused, clear your mind and put you in a better (happier) mood.

And of course, exercise is great for your body and overall quality of life, health and happiness, which leads to wealth. 

5.) Good Digestion
DIGESTION IS EVERYTHING! Numerous of studies show and prove for years that health starts in the gut. Millions of people suffer from constipation and die annually from colon cancer. The foods we eathas an impact on the flow of our digestion. The more you eliminate, the clearer your thoughts will be. If you're constipated, you're holding in a lot of waste matter in the gut, which affects your ability to think clearly. One of the casues of a foggy, clogged mind is a constipated body.

6.) Meditate

Meditating daily is a powerful practise for mental health. When you meditate, you quiet the mind and in doing so, can help you focus, be more at peace and think clearer thoughts. Start with 15 minutes a day, at most 30 minutes. Remember, small steps lead to big results! 

7.) Become The Gatekeeper Of Your Mind
Jim Rohn has helped me a lot to recognize the power of my mind and how important it is to become the gatekeeper of my thoughts.

Your mind is everything and is connected to our body. That's why, getting your mind right is the first philosophy in my MR, BR, MR system. Mind right, bofy right, money right is a methology that as helped me over the 8 years to re-shape my entire life and health.

Too many people are slaves in their mind. I learned years ago how to get my mind right, thanks to powerful mantras and audios by the great thinkers; Jim Rohn, Les Brown, Tony Robbins, and Rhonda Byrne (to just name a few).

The moment you take control of your thoughts and get your mind right is the day you've taken control of your life. No matter what life throws at you, as long as you've got your head right ad your mental state right, you're always winning.

Every thought is energy and sends out a vibration to the universe. Every word spoken holds a certain ibration that is overderstood by our trillions of cells. The more loving and uplifting thoughts we think and speak, the higher our vibration and the better our life becomes.

So how do you become the gatekeeper of your thoughts in a world full of toxic thinking people?
For one thing, it's all perception. We all view things differently and don't always meet eye to eye with people, and that's fine. Your outlookin life is important and the wy you choose to see things is entirely up to you, but a crucial part to becoming a gatekeepr of your thoughts.
Second, surround yourself with those who have an upliftingoulook in life.

Lastly, control your thoughts and train your mind to view things in a whole new perceptive. Again, the audios and mantras help with this a lot.
