These raw vegan brownies are FREE from dairy, sugar, eggs, and artificial colors and flavors. Best part? Can be enjoyed WITHOUT the guilt 😉 Medjool dates and stevia serve as an excellent sweetener. Completely safe for those who are diabetic.

BUCKWHEAT HEMP BROWNIES
- 1 cup organic Bob's Red Mill buckwheat flour
- 1/4 cup organic hemp seeds
- 6-8 freshly pitted
medjool dates - 4 tablespoons cacao powder
- 6 tablespoons (add more or less depending on the consistency)
DIRECTIONS
- Pit the dates and pulse all ingredients in a food processor, and process until a sticky, crumbly dough consistency.
- Place the dough at the bottom of a flat plate and form brownies.
- Top off the brownies with any toppings, as you wish. Spreading peanut butter or any nut or seed butter of choice would be great.
- Eat and serve immediately or store in the freezer (or fridge) until you’re ready to eat it. You can even leave it out, covered, o your counter, or even dehydrate it. If you own one.
